How do you use your maverick?

I also say Jack of all trades is the best description.
Primarily used to haul project supplies for woodworking, garden, landscape, etc
Errand runner if my other vehicles are out and about with other drivers in the family.
When having a screen for navigation is helpful. Other vehicles pre-date screens in dash.
My "take a back road" preferred vehicle.

Taking my bike to a race, hauling my music gear to a gig or my hockey bag to the rink. I love my Maverick! 2500 miles so far. Still not used to a/c controls though.

Only vehicle. Upgraded from Escape Titanium to be able to tow a little more (extra 500 lbs), but lost many nice options that I guess I will have to live with till the 28's come out. Tow a 13' snowmobile trailer in the winter. Summer, bike on new hitch and have put roof racks for Kayak (though not put it up there yet, soon). lol

I hope the truck buried in the snow helps cool off a few of you stuck in this heat wave. 92 at my house on the lake yesterday, highest I have ever seen. Boston even hit 102.

Run errands . haul multiple materials for landscape project . pick up bicycles and other items for rehabbing and recycling . Occasionally travel and some bird watching .

8 months 1850 miles. Have two vehicles one driver (wife no longer drives & does NOT care for the Maverick). She’s a Tahoe girl.
Maverick fits my old guy needs perfectl. Love the size & flexibility it provides.
Gave up a F150 XLT LUX very well equipped. Really miss it, but just do not need F150 capability & size any more.

1> It had to be four-wheel-down towable behind my class A motorhome.​

2> It had to be Blue. Blue is my favorite color!​

I am retired so, I will only use it for shopping & fun.

"Pure fun" seemed like the best description for me.
I have a small car collection, nothing all that valuable, just stuff that is cool to me, plus I WFH so no commute needs.
I try to have one modern car for emergencies and the occasional out of town drive, so I really don't need it. I went almost a year with my newest car being from 2000 but decided to see whats out there and just wanted something new and nice for the days I don't want to drive something that looks like it came from RoadKill. Didn't consider the Mav at first but it bubbled up to the top after looking at small SUVs.
Other than the annoying infotainment and the easily scratch-able plastic it has exceeded my expectations in every way and is really fun to drive when I want that, but is also chill when I want that too.

Commuter mostly, but also my primary go to vehicle for everything else as well. F-150 only gets run out once a week.

I did not order the Blue OX base until after I brought the Maverick home. I just dropped off my Maverick at MatSu Customs to install the flat tow base plate. I will test it next week.

Excellent I’m heading out in the morning for a few weeks on the road I did some testing but this is the first trip flat towing the Maverick so I’m really looking forward to it

I have solar panels, Battle Born batteries, & a 3KW invertor. I boondock most of the time. Sometimes, I see a side road that looks like a nice boondock site. I will use the Maverick to test the road to see if it is okay for my 30' FR3.

Work commuter, road tripper, hauling, and running around on days off. I drive it 95% of where I go.

I use mine as my everyday vehicles. I admit with 3015 miles on it I haven't hauled much yet. Today I took my ancient workmate, my tool bucket and my portable battery powered drill in its case to help some friends install two(2) hand rails. Mostly it is a retiree fun buy!

No longer in the work force or it would be my primary commuter or work vehicle. (For many years I worked out of my vehicle). I currently use it for its utility: haul trash, gas for mower and boat, light towing, building supplies, grocery getter, whatever is needed that will fit. Have used it for Mountain getaways, and one weekend trip to see my brother. Do have a vehicle that's better for Interstate travel.

Commuting to work + picking up lumber (LOVE the 45 degree tailgate)+ picking up garden/landscape materials (soil, rocks, bricks). Over time, the box is NOT gonna look pretty. A clean pickup box is the sign of a sick mind.
