Aside from tax and tag fees how much is your dealer charging for Doc/prep/handling?

My dealer only charged $325 for a doc fee, which is comically low for my state (CT). I paid double that at a Chevy dealer a couple months before I picked up the Maverick. I didn't get charged any other dealer fees

$200 Canadian dealer fees/admin plus $50 flat rate for FULL tank of gas. A bargain today at 1.45 a litre (40-50litres to fill) It was a real bargain when I ordered the truck and gas was 2.25 a litre.

Methinks I'm paying too much... The dealer (Minn.) I ordered my Maverick from in September added $1,000 to the MSRP. I questioned this but was told no negotiation was possible and it applied to any and all new vehicle purchases.

The discount I qualified for did help a small bit and I also have a purchase agreement.

Yeah dealers in my area won't give up the doc fees either. Think mine was just a little shy of $700 Cdn.

$100. On my 2022, and on the sales agreement on on the 2023 that I probably will not be see until 2024... If ever. Btw, Two different dealers......
BUT... (notice it's a big But) I was able to take advantage on X-plan which limits dealer fees to $100.
Always research to find out if you qualify for X-plan ... And if you do, then find a dealer that will accept it. Not all will. Without the X-plan, $399.

My having X-plan, and the dealer agreeing to it when I ordered, saved me a $1,000 "custom order fee" that they try to charge folks, as well as only $100 DOC compared to their usual $599. X-Plan itself only saved me about $700 off the vehicle itself.

DOC fees depends on which state Most states have a max rate NY is $175
Seems crazy as the time it takes to do the doc is a few minutes on a computer.
