I expect to have my truck in a week or two. What kind of dealer fees may I expect to be charged for. I know about the Doc Fees (that's capped at 175 in NY). I am sure there will be dmv costs. But how about dealer prep fees? Seems like that should be part of the vehicle costs. Any other fees they may want to sneak in?

Every dealer is different. There's usually a doc fee, sales tax, and registration. After that the dealer might try to slide in extra fees or "mandatory" purchases like paint protection, VIN etching, etc. You should be able to get your salesman to send you an itemized total of all the charges.

Watch out for data dots theft protection, pulse braking and fuel charge.

Yeah another poster said they put the pulse brake on. Hopefully I can get out of that. Did not know that was a big thing. On those bump steps on the hitch. Wouldn't that direct any impact to a more concentrated area? Causing worse damage?
