Let me make sure I understand constraints as I assume this has already been addressed. Is the 3% with spray in bedliner of the total trucks being built or of the order with spray in bedliner? For instance, Ford is building 10,000 trucks and 3% of that total will have spray in bedliner or 300. Of the 10,000 trucks, 4,000 had spray in bedliner so 3% of that total or 120. If it's 3% of total orders being built, it's not quite as bad as I thought.

So long as Ford is committed to filling all MY22 Hybrid orders by no later than December of next year - I'll sit tight and wait as my order contains a few 3% constraints and it'll give me the summer to wheel the Bronco around.
I am seriously beginning to think they won't be able to fulfill all MY22 Hybrids until next December. And then what happens when they start taking orders for MY23....

They will not be producing MY22 vehicles that late. Production will shift to MY23 no later than September, I would think, given that the MY22 started 9/15.

You'll get your truck before next December.

Tim-has Ford just not started building Hybrids with the DIBL. I upgraded my July 7 order to the Lux Package in the beginning of November when the option for the DIBL became available (in hopes of speeding it up) and it seems like Ford might be awaiting shipment of the DIBLs? I don't think I've seen one build come across/heard of with the DIBL?

The order guide updated at the beginning of November showing DIBL as available. My assumption is that DIBL would be available for production in December.

Constraints aside, there is too much that goes into picking what order actually gets scheduled. Yes hybrids are constrained to 40%, yes lux packages are constrained... but then there's allocations and priority codes and whether or not Ford's scheduler is focusing on a specific region... so many stars have to align it seems... You can get very lucky or you may up waiting longer depending on your specific set of circumstances...

Sometimes I wish I never joined this forum so I didn't stress myself out over this so much.

I too noticed hard roll-up tonneau was off the constraints list. I was going to comment about that but you beat me to it. 🙂 I asked my dealer to remove the hard roll-up tonneau just last week. This was his response:

Looks like Ford is looking at your build and it has locked us out to change your order.
So Ford is working on getting it a build date. No ETA on when we might see one.
But we are closer.
I also called Ford marketing the same day and interestingly their system was down. I'm wondering if "...Ford has locked us out to change your order" was just the system being down?

This did work in my favor however because I still have the hard roll-up tonneau on my order and it's no longer on the constraints list.

Personally I'd be just as stressed, or maybe even more stressed waiting for my truck without the online forums (here and Reddit).

Imagine what it's like for people who ordered back in June and don't follow any of the updates or news. They probably have no clue what is taking so long.

According the order tracker on this site.
Engine.PNG

But not according to the numbers Tim has presented in his live webcast.

It's just that they were able to start building the EB much earlier than the Hybrids. So they have a big head start.
No you're wrong most if the backlog at Long Macarther are hybrids just like that chart....look there's parts they can't get fast enough to ramp production up on the hybrid, engine ? Tranny? Battery ?....nobody knows it's a secret at Ford....but I can tell you this it's not the stupid spray in liner that's holding up production ....that's nonsense.

lol, we're doing this again? new month, same crap.
We've been over what the constraint numbers mean every time these get posted. FFS. Next time we post a constraint, someone link an explanation or something to Tims post.

EVERY SINGLE TIME.
