Thanks for the update. Ford finally admitted that the hybrid engines are in short supply.

Looks like many things on the Lariat Lux Package are soon to be "out" including a motor.........

Hmm...my FE has the soft cover, the spray-in bed liner, the Lux package and the hybrid....Solid. 🙁
That's not how this works - your package is good unless listed there

Oh I know....the real holdup is the hybrid. Patience on the hybrid itself (and Lux package) are the true keys.

Yeah, exactly what do those numbers mean?

Does 5% soft folding covers mean they have enough covers for 5% of the trucks they plan to build in the next scheduled run? In that case, it wouldn't be a problem if only 5% of orders included them.

Similarly 40% Hybrid would not be a big squeeze if only 50% of orders are for hybrid.

But I don't think the percentage relates to planned production for any given schedule week. Seems it relates to total backlog or something like that.

It'd be great if an insider could clarify this for us.

40% is almost half at least. Come on Hybrids!

(Sadly us Hybrid XLT lux people are further constrained, but there's hope!)

The way I understand it is that 40% of the Hybrid orders can be produced. So 60% can't it isnt a Hybrid vs Eco at that number.
