Why, if the build sheets aren't out and order banks aren't open? You just waste your own time, and will have to do it all again with the new data. Just wait until it's the right time. You won't get your truck any faster, save any money, and will drive yourself and your dealer crazy jumping through unnecessary hoops.
But then they can't complain they've been waiting as long.

That isn't how my deals go down with Autonation. When the door opens my order gets launched right to Corporate. My job is done. Now it's all up the Ford.

My color choices on my orders haven't been changed. Carbonized Gray (My XL, love the color) and upgraded to the XLT +
$500.00 for the Cyber Orange Metallic. Cash deal. Thank YOU Jesus! No worries on the wait for me. I don't expect these Hybrids to arrive until Q1 2024.

Sure why not. Now I will be literally just reordering a 2023 after MORE THAN A YEAR of being jerked around and never getting my 2022. Meanwhile guys who ordered months after me have gotten their trucks (in some cases multiple trucks) and flipped them for $10k profit because for some reason Ford has a hardon for the dealership they ordered from and so theyre one class of customer and we're obviously second class.

This incentive better blow my socks off or I'm just going to buy a Santa Cruz. At this point, nothing about the Maverick can make it preferable once you put dealing with Ford into the equation. This entire process has been a joke...

I literally... Waited OVER A YEAR.. to be told to reorder the new years truck and try again... "Maybe thisll be your lucky year! Step right up! Spin the wheel of Ford! Will you get a truck or won't you? Nobody knows!"

I never said that you were. You're calling out a manufacturer who is dealing with the same problems that every other manufacturer is.
Other manufacturers seem to be dealing with it. Ford seems to just be blaming it.

Ah, dealing with Autonation. That's why you have bad data. Crooks over there. Closest dealer to me wouldn't step on their lot if they were giving them away.

They screwed up service on my jeep cherokee. Wheel fell off while I was driving due to them. They sat on it 3 weeks without looking at it to fix their screw up, then told me if I wanted it anytime soon take it somewhere else. Turned to insurance... And won't deal with shady people like that again.

You think you're all set dumping an old order sheet on a questionable dealer and are done... Good luck. I bet it buys you no time and you will still need to update the build data for any changes to the MY '23.

Ford has already signaled that they are not going to do any special rates for Maverick hybrids. Which makes perfect sense.
Why do you think that makes "perfect sense"? Because it's Bat $ hit crazy like everything else going on?

Because they already can’t build enough of the darn things. Why offer incentives on them?

I wonder how long it will be before you’ll be able to walk into a Ford dealer, select a Maverick off the lot and pay under sticker for it plus get some cash on the hood from Ford. Or are those days gone for good?

I was JUST going to say....

"Remember the good 'ol days when you could walk onto a lot, pick out the one you wanted, and drive it home the same day?"

I spoke with a dealer yesterday and asked about the order banks getting moved back to September. They said they confirmed Aug 2 with their Ford rep, lol. I believe fordvideoguy's info is correct so Tuesday should be interesting for a lot of dealers.
Yup! It was news to mine. It is a sad state of affairs. All the way around.

Once there is a better product available and the “buzz” is gone for the Mav
