Now we have some reference point to go by so lets keep this civil and informative.

DIFFERENT TRUCKS, DYNOS, CONDITIONS, ETC.

Livernois Motorsports Stock dyno

201 WHP & 273 WTQ

Livernois Motorsports Tune only

248 WHP & 322 WTQ

Ted Azmig S&B Intake, Livernois tune, Fast Mavericks Intercooler

307 WHP & 336 WTQ

Ted Azmig S&B Intake, Livernois tune, Fast Mavericks Intercooler, FM CTR50 2.0 Turbo upgrade, & FM Catted 3 inch downpipe

349 WHP & 386 WTQ

Again, different truck and dyno, the only constant is Livernois tuning. So for reference we can say that a Livernois tuned Maverick with Fast Mavericks parts is good for gains of appx...

148 WHP & 113 WTQ
with the small turbo upgrade.

The CTR57 numbers should be soon.

Ivan, are these numbers with power to only the front wheels on the dyno?

Not taking anything away from the numbers. Even at a 15% drivetrain loss from fwd to awd were talking 300 awhp from a stock housing (ctr50) turbo. Theres definitely plenty of potential. I'm hoping someone figures out how to program sport mode to run paddle shifters soon.

Is this with the stock exhaust minus the downpipe?

Pretty awesome! So thats what a 1970 Maverick 428 SCJ would have been like. Nice!

You wouldn't lose another 15% power from FWD to AWD, it would be more like 5%, if even that. Hopefully he can get this to a track for some track times to show how these dyno numbers compare to track times! These are the first Dyno numbers with an upgraded turbo, so this is cool to see!

That's exactly what i was trying to say, but you said it much better. Even being that conservative for power loss, these are exciting numbers.

Is anyone offering tcm tunes to help take advantage of the power curve that comes with larger turbo like the CTR57? Cobb did a good job with their preloaded tcm tunes, but I do find times where I'd like to stay in a gear a bit longer.

I'm definitely looking forward to Ivan's 1/4 mile once he's got his truck sorted out. I don't think 11 seconds is out of reach.

I think all companies are tuning the trans as part of the standard tune package. My truckette shifts at 6500rpm on my E30 tune, and around 5800rpm on my 87, 91, and 93 tunes. The shifts are also a lot firmer on the 93 and E30 tunes.

Ivan will for sure hit 11's when he can get some more fuel into his setup. The factory fuel setup runs out basically where some of us are currently. Actually, with good tires he'd be there with his launch control!

That is pretty amazing. Since you are the first to put out this much hp with the Maverick EB, I hope you take it to the drag strip and make some hard AWD launches it will let the rest of us know what the weak points of the rest of the truck are.

Being in the Midwest, the Drag Strip probably won’t happen very soon.
I’m guessing not until Spring.
If I can find somewhere to Dragy it, and have the time, maybe I will.
To be perfectly honest, I don’t much care about those numbers, but I know some people do. I promise I’ll try to get it done *if I can.

Meanwhile, I’m loving driving it. 😀
It’s an entirely different animal

Livernois is who almost everyone has been using. Seems like each tune is better than the one before.

@Azmig88 - I'm more or less on my way to purchasing the S&B intake and Livernois tuner but can't do an intercooler (because, Tremor).

Seeing these numbers are so cool and impressive. Can't wait to get half the additional power you have so far.

This is exactly what I want to do with my Maverick. So what was all done? I figure you have an intake, exhaust, intercooler, upgraded turbo and a tune?
