Mine doesn't list the 4K Tow Package so I am somewhat sad panda

Everyone said wait until you have you VIN and you can add it to your Ford account. Well I have my VIN and it still won’t let me add it!

Did you click the button at the end of the email? Once I did that it all synced up for me. I had to run through a couple of different screens and I put a couple of times, but it worked.
