  2. Winter is coming! Anyone tried these $85 imitation WeatherTechs from Amazon? They look legit!

I feel like most of these are probably all made in the same factory. That's why I found the lowest cost one I could to post in here. $85 is the cheapest with prime shipping and it looks the same as all the others with varying prices all the way up to $150.
  3. Winter is coming! Anyone tried these $85 imitation WeatherTechs from Amazon? They look legit!

I'm a big fan of super fast Amazon Prime shipping and free returns - but yeah they look basically the same. I guess I am at no risk since there are free returns. Thanks for your feedback.
  4. Winter is coming! Anyone tried these $85 imitation WeatherTechs from Amazon? They look legit!

Pondering the XMas list and I come across these.... Croc Liner Floor Mats Front and Rear All Weather Custom Fit: https://amzn.to/47NzsIs Looks like they have pretty good reviews but I still wanted to check with the community here before I pull the trigger. The price in unbeatable. Anyone...
  5. $239 Tyger Auto T3 Soft Tri-fold Tonneau Cover???

This is great! I was hoping someone like you would comment on this, someone with the DIY experience to improve things that may already be pretty good! I'm a big fan of that! Got any pics of your mods? I found this D Bulb seal with adhesive already there that looks pretty good...
  6. $239 Tyger Auto T3 Soft Tri-fold Tonneau Cover???

I've had this cover in my cart for a while: Link --> https://amzn.to/3MkCpYW For only 239 galactic credits this seems pretty legit! Also it has a 4.7 star rating on Amazon with 116 reviews - still - I'd rather ask you guys on the forum what you think of this one. It honestly looks perfect for...
  7. PERFECT rear seat cover found! No more dragging rifle cases right over my nice "leather" seats!

Bro it doesn't pay at all unless I win! Haha. I shoot airguns in the pro division at competitions but I work an office job to pay the billskis. I do get products from time to time, which is pretty cool, mostly for review on my YT channel --> www.youtube.com/@AirShootist you can follow me there...
  8. Ford Maverick Bed Tent and Air Mattress - PERFECT FIT OPTIONS!

Just took a camping trip last weekend of September, and even though it was kinda cold, I was still nice and cozy with all the windows zipped shut! Over a year of using it pretty often and it has no tears or faults whatsoever. I am so glad I got this thing! Still using the same air mattress with...
  9. Cheap $30 Oil Catch Can Finally Installed! Looks perfect!

Update after like 10K miles - it works great! I have gotten in the habit of emptying it every thousand or so miles and there is always a bit of "sewer sludge" in there. Pretty nice to have a visual reminder of how much crap is getting blasted all over your valves if you don't have a catch can!
  10. PERFECT rear seat cover found! No more dragging rifle cases right over my nice "leather" seats!

I wanted to share this with you all, since some of your posts have helped me find some pretty good products for the Mavvy! I am a professional shooter and I was getting really tired of draping towels over my backseats to avoid scratching up the leather by dragging heavy rifle cases over them...
  11. Cheap $30 Oil Catch Can Finally Installed! Looks perfect!

I havent touched the other side and not sure if I will. Seems like I would have to remove a lot of stuff to get in there and install another can. However I will say that after I just drove the truck to Utah and back it definitely had tons of oil/gas in that catch can both when I arrived in...
  12. Cheap $30 Oil Catch Can Finally Installed! Looks perfect!

See where it is mounted to? That is a flexible plastic cover. It definitely allows for engine movement - but good point for sure.
  13. Cheap $30 Oil Catch Can Finally Installed! Looks perfect!

The orange ones are the permanent ones. The only QD ones I've seen are blue (factory) and grey (aftermarket). I seriously doubt a tech is gonna notice either way. If you have a link to QDs with orange tabs you should post it here for everyone.
  14. Cheap $30 Oil Catch Can Finally Installed! Looks perfect!

Ok, folks! I finished creating a decoy tube to avoid any scrutiny from Ford and risking my warranty. I actually used the stock tube and put it on the new QD fittings so it can easily be removed and swapped back out with the oil catch can setup after service appointments. Takes all of 2 minutes...
  15. Cheap $30 Oil Catch Can Finally Installed! Looks perfect!

The OEM one has the non-QD permanent connectors, meaning you have to break them to get them off. So if you just buy an extra set of the QD connectors and the appropriate length of hose, you can make a decoy unit that functions exactly the same as the factory setup, looks very similar, and likely...
  16. Cheap $30 Oil Catch Can Finally Installed! Looks perfect!

Perfect reason to make a dummy decoy tube and swap it out when you bring it in for service. Cost ya like 25 bucks for the extra peace of mind and takes all of 3 minutes to swap out.
  17. Cheap $30 Oil Catch Can Finally Installed! Looks perfect!

Yep this one came with some steel wool to go inside a little filtering area within the catch can base, which I used. Enlighten me a bit, the second catch can you're referring to goes up front by the radiator.... right? Can you explain a bit about that. I've heard a little about it but not too...
  18. Cheap $30 Oil Catch Can Finally Installed! Looks perfect!

So I finally got around to installing the oil catch can I bought before I received the truck.... 1.5 years and 13000 miles later.... (oof!) Aside from wishing I did this sooner, the installation was actually a breeze! What I did was I popped a hole in the plastic cover by the firewall so I could...
