100%. Even if you get the "full size spare" option (which I found out mine actually wasn't that option) it is still undersized. Deceptive marketing by Ford to call anything but a matching diameter spare a "full size spare". Smaller than factory wheel/tire diameter = not full sized.

There is no such thing as a full size spare from Ford, even if you select it as an option. It's fake and definitely not full sized. The only way to have a true full size spare, that matches your OE rims/tires, is to create one yourself.
