Ordered Lariat

I ordered a Black XLT Hybrid and never received an email confirmation. My dealer said it's in, Ford Marketing says it's in and said lot's of people been having issues getting a confirmation. Has anyone had that happen? They said it's documented but I still fill a little on edge wondering if I get a vin, will I receive an email or because I didn't receive it when I first ordered I will be in the dark till it comes in?

Check with the dealer to insure he has your correct e-mail address on the order.

Yeah you'll have 4K tow on it. For whatever reason Ford leaves it off the list but if it shows in the picture they know it's supposed to be there.

Ordered and paid in full on 6/17, XLT Hybrid. dealer has no info yet, never received and email From Ford. Called Customer service last week and they said they have the order but not scheduled. Called a few days later and the woman said I needed my VIN number to access the order, hung up and called again. Gave them the sales and order number, was now told they had no information with that or my name. Hopefully I will get someone on Monday that can figure out what is going on. So frustrating.

What exactly did you pay "in full"

A deposit? Or the MSRP of the truck?

Sounds like your dealer never actually put in the order or put it in as a stock unit

Traded a F250 in , Maverick is pad in full so I won’t pay sales tax and they cut me a check for the balance. The6 said it was put in as priority 10, Ford changed it to a 2 a few weeks back.

Original order placed as a COSTO sale on 06/28/21 for an XLT that was similarly equipped. Upgraded to the Lariat level and added the FX4 package on 07/28/21. Feel very fortunate to get in on the early production schedule as I sold my Ridgeline to the dealer on 6/28. Hope there aren't too many early production glitches we will have to deal with after taking delivery of our vehicles.

Wow you're fortunate to get a build date after making a big change, but I'm guessing the Lariat FX4 was the model to get built early on. You said you got your buy through Costco? I was under the impression that the Maverick wasn't part of their program.
