Sorry to hear this. My2022 is a desert dweller. We just did a 6000 mile roadtrip with lots of heavy weather- fortunately no hail but we got pummeled with bugs the size of small birds. Fortunately they come in at an angle

I just got the recall last week. Taking it in this week. The service dept at my dealership didn’t know about it. There was a thread last year about this battery harness.

I have had my 2022 XLT Lux since 4/22. I have had no issues except the annoying and elusive rattle in the dash. I have driven it around town, on trips, etc and absolutely love it. Mileage 37 ( we live in the desert and use AC a lot in the summer) to 45 mph.

Stay strong. It will happen. My”baby” went full term, but I couldn’t be happier with it.

I live in the desert. I’m averaging 42 during the winter but drops to about 38 to 39 during summer A/C time

Same thing here. That and the ongoing dash rattle are my only cons with this vehicle

Great to know. Just picked mine up from the dealer yesterday after my 10000 mile service. They. Ouldnt find it . Going back for the side airbag recall so I’ll show them this. Thanks

I have called them every month since the recall notice (and not just one dealership - even stopped into a Utah dealership last week) and was told by all of them that they are now shooting for sometime in the first qtr of 2023.

I walked into a Ford dealership yesterday to get touch up ain’t. I was approached by no fewer than 4 sales guys asking if I wanted to sell it back to them. One told me they get a number of calls each day inquiring about a Mav. That’s a hard NO. Love my truck
