so I called 1-800-334-4375 ford customer service. They can't tell you much. Is there a better number to call so we can bitch up a storm.

Thanks for picking up the torch, I was completely lost knowing if I should begin my disappointment yet...

It is kind of like a withdrawal. First 2 months, HIGH anticipation, months 2-4 a slight twinge of hope, the year turns - so new hope on a smaller level for the next two months. Then today - damn I completely forgot about looking! Nope, it's not here yet, so........

I work in the industry and do business with them. I have no reason not to trust them.

One question for the group, when I click my order tracker, it doesn’t show lux under the packages. However I do see most of the Luxe add-ins listed individually. Anyone else see this? Only 300a is listed under package…
