  1. New Battery Not Covered under warranty

If it ever becomes a class action suit, I am pretty sure the fix will present itself rather quickly
  2. New Battery Not Covered under warranty

They are definitely talking about your 12V battery rather than your hybrid battery. No way the hybrid battery would cost $900 lol. At the same time, $900 to install a 12V is insane. Buy the AGM one off Amazon for $150, install it yourself, do the BMS reset, and save a lot of $$$
  3. 2022–2024 Ford Maverick 12" or 8" Sync 4 Touchscreen Upgrade w/ Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto (Pre-Orders Open)

So you did not answer the question of how your system is different than Panda's despite being much more expensive.

Can we use the B8 struts that Bilstein makes with stock springs on a 22 hybrid? The struts/shocks are designed for 1.5-1.75" lift.

A little update - I ended up getting a pretty good deal on a set of Pirelli Scorpion All Season 3+ tires from America's Tire for $780 installed w/tax. They got installed yesterday - the new tires are quieter than the old worn Continentals and ride a little better. Have only driven on them ~30...
  6. Help with Tire Decision!

The factory continental tires (on the hybrid) actually came with 8/32" while most tires come with 10-11/32" tread so they were definitely cheap tires to begin with. Stopping distances begin to increase significantly (especially in the rain) starting around 4/32". It would be fine if I was going...
  7. Help with Tire Decision!

I'm surprised that you are experiencing a mileage increase from going to these AT tires. Most people's experience is a 2-4mpg hit with new tires and off-road tires
  8. Help with Tire Decision!

Definitely not. The stock tires worn down so quickly even with regular rotations and sucked in anything other than dry road.
  9. Help with Tire Decision!

Bummer - the dealer said that nothing was in stock and all tires have to be installed today!
  10. Help with Tire Decision!

What did you have for the factory tires?
  11. Help with Tire Decision!

My local dealer doesn't have those unfortunately. They only had the TX and LXs. Otherwise I would have taken that deal!
  12. Help with Tire Decision!

From what I have read, the Defender 2s are definitely aimed at 3 seasons and does not do well in snow. If you could have two sets of wheels, then Defender 2s with a set of steelies with dedicated winter tires is best. Otherwise, I would say that CC2s are much better than Defender 2s.
  13. Help with Tire Decision!

How did it do in the wet? I think at the end of the day, most tires that you can buy will be better than the OE Contis as those had very little grip.
  14. Help with Tire Decision!

Yeah that makes it around the same price in today's dollar!
  15. Help with Tire Decision!

I was quoted 780 for a set of defenders installed so it isn't too much more expensive than the other tires so probably will go with those!
  16. Help with Tire Decision!

I don't think AT tires is where I'm headed. I realistically never take it off road.
  17. Help with Tire Decision!

Hmm okay might want to wait for those then! Did you see any mpg decrease with the CC2?
  18. Help with Tire Decision!

22 xlt hybrid - OE Contis are at 4/32 thread at 36k miles so it's time for new tires soon. For context, I live in southern California but travel around the state as well as neighboring states but rarely on snow. I wouldn't have thought so hard on this but now that I have a little one, I want to...
