If they won't budge I'll continue to get around in my 2000 Ranger. While it is wore out it gets me to and from work. Sure I'll be disappointed but at least I will still have some wheels

This is where I’d write the Ford CEO. You may think it’s a good waste of time but my Dad at 75 writes CEO’s all the time out of frustration and the company almost always resolves the issue one way or another.
