This is the most useful comment about wiring the hybrid for a brake controller that I’ve read anywhere. The fuse box under the hood has a location for an aftermarket brake controller. Any idea where that power wire is? Thanks a million.

Where'd you get that number? Dry weight of the trailer is 1500lbs. We won't put anywhere close to 700 lbs in it. The other weight I referenced would go in the bed or cab.

We are considering purchasing a Livin Lite Quicksilver XLP14 equipped with hydraulic surge brakes. Dry weight is 1500lb. How comfortable would you be towing with a hybrid? Two adults + 2 kids + camping gear for weekends. I'd estimate people + cargo = ~600-700lbs.

It's both front and back seats. It is real leather, but not full grain. Don't know the answer to your question about heated seats, but I checked the amazon reviews and questions and I didn't see any indication that they wouldn't work.

My touchscreen won't display the radio controls at all. If I turn off and restart the truck then the Ford logo will display, disappear, and the screen remains blank. The volume knob and power button work, but that's it. Anyone eelse have this issue?
