    FINALLY!!! I just called Ford because I haven’t been getting emails and I finally have a Vin number and build date of May 9!!! July XLT hybrid order with Lux package, copilot 360, and a bed cover!! WOW!!!

    I completely understand the constraints but the problem for me is that many orders placed after me with the same upgrades have already been scheduled and/or built. That is where the frustration lies.

    July 21 order of hybrid and no email. Called Ford to check and still no vin number. But I did ask about the gift card and she gave me one. So if you call and they don’t bring it up, I juggest asking for it.

    Luck Lucky you! It just doesn’t make sense. I ordered in July and still nothing. I know people who ordered in June and nothing.
