Glad to hear your loving your new 2025 Maverick hybrid. It certainly sounds like the 25 has really improved on what was an already great truck. Also I just noticed in your profile pic that you have a Ruby Red XLT. I had my dealer tag (hold) and incoming 25 XLT AWD hybrid for me yesterday in Ruby Red. I have never seen this color Maverick in the wild so to speak and it looks like there might be a few at one dealer that's about 30 minutes from me so not sure I want to make the trek, lol. I found out this morning that my other option would be white which honestly I think looks good on the Mav.I agree. The 25 hybrid to me feels more like a redesign since there have been so many changes and improvements (AWD, new stronger HF55 transmission, better battery charging system, better cooling, better gear ratio, more power, 4k tow package, no more grabby brakes at low speed or when wet and a lot less odd sounds and clicks when the vehicle is off). On top of all those big changes you have the new and I feel improved front end design and much better infotainment system. I was happy with my 22 xlt hybrid (even with all the odd things it did) but I'm loving my 25 much more.
The issue around me is the hybrid (let alone AWD hybrids) are really tough to find especially ones that have already been invoiced before the latest price increase on May 2nd (I think). I could order one or what for another one to come in but it would literally cost me $1250 more for the same exact truck so that's a no go for me.
So getting back to the Ruby Red color I assume your happy with it? My worry was that the navy pier blue interior would clash with the Red but honestly I don't know. I've looked at a lot of pictures (real, no fake) of the RR Maverick online and even watched some videos but honestly color is what one of those things you really need to see in person. I think I would be happy with a RR overall though. I know RR is a slight upcharge but do you feel the paint job on yours is decent and will hold up well over time? I know stone chips are inevitable and a fact of life but they still suck. I have a 24 Mustang GT in Atlas Blue and it's gorgeous but I have some stone chips on it already and it sucks. I'm just hoping that the paint job on the RR (or white if I go that route) is nice and holds up over time.
If you have any more pics of your RR maybe that catches the interior against the RR please post them as I'm so far down this rabbit hole right now there's not turning back
