Thanks for the input. So I assume the PDU and RDU are just drain and fills like the ecvt should be correct?

In my case I may not be able to hear the thud if I crank up the radio but I'll still be able to feel it. I can feel it in the back of my seat and throughout the drive line depending on how bad it does it.

What are you thoughts on when to change the RDU and PDU fluids in the AWD Hybrid Mavs?

Well that sucks but honestly not surprising. That's why I keep dragging my feet on taking mine to the dealer as most likely they'll say the same thing.

Can I ask what your local shop ended up charging for the trans/PTU/RDU fluid changes? I assume all three were just drain and fills correct?

Thanks for the info. I've checked with (1) dealer so far and they quoted me $174.95 for a brake fluid flush so quite a bit higher than your quote. I have several dealers around me so I'll be sure and call around.

I may have asked you this already but have you changed your transmission fluid yet and if so do you DIY it? I only have 10K on the AWD Hybrid Maverick but I'm thinking about doing the PTU, RDU and Transmission on our 23 AWD Escape Hybrid to save some coin.

Wow $700 seems like a lot. Was that for just drain and fill on all three (transmission, ptu, rdu) or for flushes? I have a AWD Hybrid so may have to tackle these fluid changes myself.

Mine clunks right at the unlucky 13mph mark like clockwork unless it cold outside and then magically no clunk...
