Hey Everyone,

I know, I know.... another thread about rattles.

For the 2025 owners, have you noticed the dreaded passenger side windshield rattle/tapping noise (typically from the alignment pins)?

Asking this specifically since its winter/colder out when most folks are receiving their 2025s (at least in certain areas of the US).

Thanks!

**Note - I don't have a '25. I have a '24 that has the windshield ticking/rattle and was curious if anybody noticed it in their new '25s. Although I hope that's not the case!

Here you go! FWIW, despite me moving the phone around, the road wasn't even really that rough. It's about 20-25F outside here.

Sure didn’t want to hear this about the 2025. I had the same problem with my 2023 but was hoping Ford had a fix by now. My 2025 will be delivered to dealership in about 10 days.

Don't believe this was even a problem with the '24 model year. Am I wrong? Edit: The OP said he has had a problem, but I have not heard much else about the '24's. @SlightTremor was yours an early build '24?

Did op state that they had the problem? I didn't read it that way.

I have a '24 Tremor Lariat with the issue, not a '25. I was thinking about placing an order for a '25 hybrid, but wanted to see if anyone heard anything on their '25 since it's been cold.

@mikellmikell I have a '24 Tremor with the same rattle. I tried removing the windshield alignment pegs etc. but it still happens sub 40F. It has gotten a lot louder/constant as the temps have dropped below 20F.

The space white metallic looks great on your 2025! That's exactly what I would pick.

Please post a video if you get a chance. I think I might have found the issue on my 2022, but can't yet confirm if I can fix it. There seems to be tapping of plastic directly behind the instrument cluster on the plastic ducts..

Thanks, that does sound like the windshield alignment pins. Crazy how even in 2024s, they still haven't fixed the windshield alignment.

Alignment pin has been removed on the passenger side unfortunately..... I could have sworn it was that. I've tried pushing on everything while someone else drives and nothing. The only thing I can think of is that it's the windshield/seal itself. Especially when on smoother roads where there's minimal bumps/roughness.

How about the other side? I think there are two. That's frustrating...
