Alignment pin has been removed on the passenger side unfortunately..... I could have sworn it was that. I've tried pushing on everything while someone else drives and nothing. The only thing I can think of is that it's the windshield/seal itself. Especially when on smoother roads where there's minimal bumps/roughness.
How did You remove the alignment pin? And are they just used for when the windshield is installed at the Factory? Thanks

Thanks, that does sound like the windshield alignment pins. Crazy how even in 2024s, they still haven't fixed the windshield alignment.
Do you know how to remove the alignment pins? Thanks

There are posts on here that have instructions. Might be easier to use Google to find them though.

These windshields just come crooked off the factory. I had the same issue until I got mine replaced after getting a crack. The tech who replaced it said the original windshield was on fairly crooked and was hard to remove. So probably has something to do with the windshield just being completely out of alignment.

For what it’s worth, I had already removed the alignment pins myself trying to get rid of the noise, and it didn’t help.

This morning it was in the lower twenties in South Texas and my windshield made some creepy noises. My wife's 25'XLT which we picked up two weeks ago was the same. Very disappointed but expected something with that cheap dashboard. But was still surprised to hear the noise in the windshield as well. Sounds like some ice in between the seal and the glass.

My hypothesis is these things come out of the factory crooked so the fit between the glass and the frame is super tight in some spots (even confirmed by the glass tech) and then when it’s cold, the glass shrinks slightly and now that glass that was previously snug against the frame is now less snug and rattling against it instead.
