Studying your setup, you are missing the ionized framistat. Very simple solution. Any hardware store should carry it.

I’m about to lose my fucking mind… sediment filters, carbon filters, combo of each, deionized filters……… my ppm are either higher or don’t move or less than 10 filtered… what in the absolute hell is happening. I have 6 total filter modules now that I just got 2 more in but need more fittings to connect them all together so currently only running 4. My water is 165 to 185 ppm from the tap and out of the filters it’s 165 to 200+ depending on how many combinations and days I have to keep coming back to this…. Someone please help before I have a complete mental meltdown over something so damn stupid. I got the same setup as several YouTubers so what is my smooth brain doing wrong?

Inspired by your hardness level, I looked at my water district's hardness numbers. They are from 2018 and range from 210-290 ppm with dissolved salts being the major component. I tried a water filter R/O setup I purchased from Costco and it was a PITA. So I wash in the shade and move it into the garage after the final rinse and carefully dry it. I use Macquire's detailer and a microfiber towel after drying. The nice thing about having a white Mav is the mineral stains don't show like they do on my inferno red PT Cruiser or my wife's atomic silver Lexus.

Why not just get a dedicated spotless rinse system like the CR Spotless? It's $400 and about $150 to refill the resin every few months if you wash your car weekly.

Your setup looks like a drinking water filtration system.

For almost 40 years, I've used tap water. The level of stress about this is redonculous. They make very nice drying chamois and microfiber towels. Keep it wet until you hand dry it and there are no issues even with the hardest water.

5 car washes within 4 blocks and a detail crew at work. Nothing that $10 bucks or a large pizza won’t take care of

I had the ceramic coating option done at my dealer and I use the basic wash at the car wash which has a 'filtered final rinse' (no wax or clear coat crap). I then drive about 10 miles at interstate speed to dry. So I don't wash my vehicles at home.
As far as your PPM, have you tested your test equipment? Maybe it is contaminated. Stick it into distilled water, it should read zero. If not, get another meter.

I have no idea what I'm looking at. I've used the thumb-in-the-garden-hose method for decades with great success. But you do you.

I think you have ionic salts in your water. RO will do. I know some people have RO for the whole house. That is going to be environment unfriendly even at 50% rejection rate. I would use tap water for general wash and then use RO water for the final rinse. To accomplish this, I would need an inline pressure washer for washing with tap water and a portable pressure washer to pump RO water from a bucket.

Lord have Mercy. Blow the remaining water off with your leaf blower and then wipe it down with a microfiber towel and one of the many different brands of quick detail spray

Years ago I knew someone that made a point of washing his car in the rain to save water. He would put on his swimming suit, make up bucket of soapy water, and go wash it by hand in his driveway.

His neighbors thought that he was crazy.

If you wanted to when you are done you could then pull the Maverick in the garage and dry it off.
Around here, our rain water is more often than not "hard water" (hail), so you'd get beaten up pretty good trying to wash your car in the "rain"...
