I know there’s many options on here, but I’m just an old school guy and prefer the regular waxing I’ve done for many years. A little story on mine I have over 44k miles and has been through 2 Michigan winters salty/rough roads w/road construction and it’s a shadow black that I consistently run through the car wash (ya have to in Michigan salt winter). Yes I have stone chips (I get used to touch up paint ). Yes I know the interior is easier to scratch as well but I like the old school shiney protection (armor all & 303) as for the exterior plastic trim has been staying shiny with car wash wax coating they use But I just did a quick wax today in the garage before I noticed I should have buffed a little more as I took the pictures but it’s just chemical guy’s butter wax (I didn’t spend any time on my wheels because I’m heading to Easter dinner). I think everyone should just keep them clean to combat rust (rust belt people know) I myself know there’s many better choices ($ ceramics) still need quick detailing to stay nice too.
