There isn't traffic sign recognition available from the factory either, yet here we are. Not impossible someone might swap in an APIM with Nav.There is no navagation available on the maverick.

Factory provided no, but this was making its way around the forums a while back for what it's worthThere is no navagation available on the maverick.
Upgrades to the existing Sync 3 on the lariats w/Lux package should be possible. It may already be installed but hidden in the APIM settings. That is for Lariat owners to determine. There isn't traffic sign recognition available from the factory either, yet here we are. Not impossible someone might swap in an APIM with Nav.
Great to hear. After working with networks and checksums all week I really want to stay away from the binary nightmare that is checksum calculations on circuits I don't have the schematicIn short yes but the last 2 digits in the codes are checksums i.e. xxxx-xxxx-xx** where the * is the checksum values. When you put in the changes it will give you a checksum error. That is okay to proceed since forscan will correct them before writing.
A nav module for Maverick? That's a grand for a module that will need to be introduced into the ECM through Forscan, Fun.Factory provided no, but this was making its way around the forums a while back for what it's worth

If someone can tell me I can upgrade my non-sync system to any of the sync systems, that would be great. Otherwise I need to wait until a Maverick gets wrecked to find the unit to make mine sync. I had no idea that you had to order the upgrade to get syncA nav module for Maverick? That's a grand for a module that will need to be introduced into the ECM through Forscan, Fun.
Got it all enabled. Not only after you do it in Forsan, you have to go into settings and enable it, then turn on the screen.
ok. reading and rereading this thread and I have it working, but with round signs. that's fine until I can sort this out. I have US and MPH selected in IPMA.I guess I am dense. I can't seem to figure out all of the changes needed in easy mode to make this happen.
I have looked at chimes in IPMA and TSR is set to SLOIF. in APIM, I have TSR overspeed enabled.
Unsure what else I might be missing.
I THINK there are only round signs.ok. reading and rereading this thread and I have it working, but with round signs. that's fine until I can sort this out. I have US and MPH selected in IPMA.
Thanks, everyone
