Lots of us with 22 Hybrids have had that issue after the recall work was done. I think there are at least 5 threads on here, one of which I started. You’re not alone with this one.

This is my voltage and the truck has not been run for over half an hour. Didn't have the replacent wire done yet either. Guess I got one of the soldered ones that was done correctly? Made April 2022.

Nice setup! Now this is a mod of the 12v bed system that is really useful. Have a link to the product?

I got it off ebay. Many choices and configurations to choose from.

When my hybrid goes tits-up I sure do hope I have less than 36000miles/36 months.
I don’t expect that stuff is covered but maybe it’s considered hybrid stuff.
I wish you well
Reading these forums gets me to thinking “when” it will happen. Not “if”.
Ignorance is bliss. I need to stop reading.

I have nothing constructive to add other than venting on this 12v battery issue. I’ve just reached the deep sleep issue after 5 months and 2k miles on my Mav Hybrid Lariat. I’ve been reading and researching this for several months and, I agree, it does seem like a question of when and not if. I feel bad for the other MTC folks who have to deal with this as well. Just put Mav on my Noco Genius5 and got one red indicator suggesting a nearly dead battery. I’ll charge to solid green and try the BMS reset. I’m really SICK of this issue and Ford’s lack of response now that we are 2 years in. First time the Mav doesn’t start ….. I’m putting in a third party AGM. I’m betting that I’ll need to replace the AGM battery every 12 to 18 months to maintain some kind of reliability, which is STUPID !!! I have no confidence that the dealership will do anything other than keep my Mav for days or weeks with no permanent solution. I’ve read horror stories on MTC regarding the same. I really love this truck and still believe it’s a great ride but, I’m just not screwing around with this idiotic battery issue. For me, it’s simply a higher than expected cost of ownership to deal with this and a trade off for loving this ride. I apologize in advance for simply ranting. I truly respect the expertise expressed throughout the MTC and I don’t want to waste anyone’s valuable time by venting.

My Cactus Gray 2022 Maverick XL hybrid has been in the shop 10 days for electrical issues. The truck was DEAD in my driveway, after being totally fine the day before. No dome light, no instrument panel display. Absolutely nothing. My AAA service guy came and checked battery voltage, which was fine. We used a jump box to get it started, and I drove it to the dealership without incident. While there, the 12 volt battery cable was replaced, per the recall notice (22B39), turn signal outage detection (23C41), instrument panel cluster IPC notification (24C01), and a cracked 200A inline fuse was replaced. When I went to pick the truck up a week ago today after being notified it was ready, I got in, turned the key, and the truck scrolled every fault code imaginable in the center display, and then died.
Over the past several days, the diagnosis has been that there are pinched wires in a main harness, that need to be cut and spliced.
I *LOVE* my truck. I have driven it 36,600 trouble free miles until this happened. I have averaged 42.5 mpg over those 36K miles. It is phenomenal. It has been a bitch this past week not having it. I am *hoping* that the fault has been detected and will be properly repaired.
In 2023, I went through the exact same experiences and repair work you did (except for the "pinched wires" part) with my 2022 Lariat hybrid, amounting to 3 full weeks at the dealer. With mine, they had been able to detect and correct the code fault. It's been 99% trouble-free since then. The 1% exception is that, every so often, the dome light won't go on and the intelligent door access won't work on the passenger side. But then the next time I go to drive it, all works fine. One other thing: In total, they have replaced my 12v battery three times throughout this issue.

Before anyone goes out a buys a spare fuse please keep in mind that this is a 300 amp fuse in the high voltage side. screwing up will not just tingle your fingers it will light your ass up and may just lay you out permanently. Let the people with the training handle this one
Yes my house has a 200 amp panel so 300 amps and a fuse seems like something King Kong would have to plug in and out.

I have been dealing with "Deep Sleep Mode" as well, so I have been brain storming since my last frustrating visit with the dealer. I asked the dealer many questions and they just avoid answering them. Why is it so hard in 2024 to admit that you don't know the answers? Why don't they just say "I will do my best to get the answers for you"? Lies and just avoiding customer questions is not the way anyone should treat a customer.
However, I bought a "Victron Energy Smart Battery Sense" and installed it on the battery terminals.(very simple) I have just started to monitor my voltage and I will be able to record my resting voltage once I leave the truck sitting for a day or so. If someone knows the resting voltage of the accessories battery(under back seat) that would be helpful. I have watched many YouTube videos that give great information. One that was really interesting was Weber Auto (DC-DC Converter Functional Test). If only they had a Maverick to demonstrate this same test. Just to have some of these test numbers to ensure that the system is working as it should, would be great. A 2022 Maverick is not a new vehicle so those numbers should be available. I am thinking I will leave the "Smart Battery Sense" in permanently so I have my own information.

Just some guesses based on what I have seen but 12.6+ right after shutting it off and 12.4-12.5 2 hours later would be pretty good. Shorty after turning off many items are still awake so before you get to that 12.4-12.5 resting don't be surprised if I between it drops much lower.

Double lock (pressing lock on fob 2x) has been rumored to put some things to sleep faster and anything less than a 0.1v drop per day untouched / started would also be good...0.05 would be ideal.

Turn off WiFi, automatic updates, location and insurance related services from the radio screen as a good start. Those are unnecessary drains.

I'm surprised that more people don't just do that. I haven't had any battery issues with my Mav yet but if I do, that will be at the top of my list.

On two prior cars, I had service issues that required repeated dealer visits that they couldn't seem to permanently fix. I got tired of it and replaced the offending parts myself specifically with something aftermarket (non-OEM). It fixed those problems so now I'm less resistant to spending a couple hundred bucks to possibly save some of my time and patience. Sitting for hours in a service department waiting room over and over wears on a person.

I think a lot of folks don’t want want to spend $200-$300 on a new AGM when the Motorcraft fodder is under warranty for 36 months and it’s a brand new vehicle. I get that, but for me, I also don’t want the dealership hassle and inconvenience of them taking my Mav for days or weeks and putting in the same, albeit new, Motorcraft battery only to have the same issues in a couple weeks or months. Some MTC folks are on their third Motorcraft battery!! It’s all under warranty at no monetary cost but, what a hassle and the personal cost and inconvenience. Where the hell is Ford???

Time you can never get back. Money you can always earn. If you can avoid spending time at the dealer and know that you can fix it on your own, just do it. I did all my oil changes the entire time I owned my 2015 Prius. I plan on doing the same with the Maverick. I didn't get an AGM battery but I did buy my own afermarket battery because I didn't learn about the AGM difference until after I bought my battery. I haven't had any "Sleep" notifications since. However, this December, I will go get an AGM battery. Did you know that AGM batteries on average are $80 to $100 cheaper than a regular flood battery. Just thought you would like to know.

For me, as an ECO Mav owner, the regular flooded battery is $120 and the AGM is $170 at Costco. I just bought the AGM at Costco about 2 weeks ago.

Where the price change is most prevalent is when you buy a top of the line flooded battery (not at Costco) versus an AGM battery. I've priced them at your local Auto Stores. AGM's consistantly cheaper. I don't know anything about Costco. Glad for your info!
