Sweet. I'm going to have to give this a try soon as I'm on my third OEM battery already. My maverick likes frying the Flooded battery apparently
Was looking at upgrading my 12v. some others in facebook groups showed that H5 battery sizes can fit in the compartment but you have to remove the plastic surrounds to install. Also check the weize brand. they make agm and are like 1/2 or 1/3 the cost of other batteries but have the same warranty lengths.

you know. that's probably the only battery i've seen with a 4 year warranty. Also the ease of getting a replacement because its walmart probably helps if it goes bad.

No deep sleep messages since I replaced battery
But, it's only been 2 1/2 months and the weather is warming up. I think it may be a while before we know if this really solved the problem; like maybe next winter.....

I replace my battery with the diehard hybrid h4 perfect fit

The battery ford included in my truck was an H4 but like the super crappy. Only 390 CCA, 65 minute reserve. The 99r which is considered the oem one has higher numbers than that.

Does this AGM have the vent holes on both sides with plugs to use for the unvented side of the battery? Is this AGM any better than the AC Delco AGM that other threads have identified for the Hybrid Mav?

So far the automotive AGM batteries I've seen have vent ports at each end and include one plug for the unused vent port.
The Red cover on the battery positive post has the plug:

The Advance Auto page H4 looks to have the vent ports in its ends:

Diehard EV H4 is made by Clarios, formerly Johnson Power Controls Solutions.
The H4-XEV Product Features says:
"Includes xEV by Clarios technology, offering 30% more cycling than standard AGM batteries, which contributes to extended battery life."

The ACDelco LN1AGM and Diehard EV H4 both show Reserve Capacity of 80 minutes.
