What did you drive before the maverick? I replaced a 2016 f250 supercab long bed gas. Just wondering how diversified the maverick community is. Because the maverick can play alot of roles in the automotive world. I see people get out of Priuses , trucks, suvs, minivans. I bought mine because I needed a daily that could haul a boat ,camper small stuff. Superduty was nice when towing the stuff I have didn't even know it was there. But I first a Formost I needed a daily driver for a 60 mile round trip. My Maverick has filled that slot perfectly. What's your story?

1997 Dodge Dakota 4x4, 318, 5.2L, only 200,000kms on it. Retired and wanted something smaller and better on fuel bills. Didn’t know the Mav EcoBoost would have more power than the Dodge, I like it!

It's almost the same vehicle, same 2.0 250 HP 272 tq turbo but with a 6 speed, so fun. And with the intelligent AWD it's actually faster 0-60, the covered vehicle next to it is a 2001 SVT lightning still in th drive way

Right on! The day I picked up my maverick it saved me soooo much money (lol) I ordered this. 23 mach 1 HP tremec. Love my fords.

2018 Buick Regal Tourx. Rebadged Opal Insignia Country Tourer model. GM ended the partnership and made it a 2 production year, 3 model year car. Had ~50k miles. Sold to Carmax. Spec wise, the Maverick is almost identical, but a bed vs. a hatch.

2008 Toyota Camry XLE with all the Goodies and it had 121k miles on it. This was July 2024 i got my Maverick. Only thing the Camry had that my Maverick doesn't is dual climate control, which in the Maverick is single but my wife never touched her side anyway. It had leather seats, and a moonroof. But my Maverick has a heated steering wheel, auto high beam, and Android Auto, which the Camry did not. Plus the functionality of a truck which the Camry did not.

I was driving about five, six months ago and saw the Google car coming so I stopped at the intersection and waited and I made it to Google maps. That's from where I took the screenshot.

My 2024 Atlas Blue Metallic Maverick XLT, replaced my 1987 White Mazda B2000 2door Pick-up/w 6' bed, and all that the 80's had to offer, plus no Motor Vehicle Inspection due to its age and the state that I live in. I will miss the low registration fees and Highway usage tax. But the upgrade to the newer vehicle is worth it. This is also the first vehicle that I ordered the way that I wanted, instead of just "driving off the lot", with what was available.

Something to be said about keeping old vehicles. So cheap to register and insure. B2000s were good little trucks.
