I have a Hybrid Lariat with soft folding tonneau and spray-in bedliner, so I guess I'm F'ed?

I didn't see anything about first edition in this. Thanks, doesn't look good for my 1st Edition, Rapid Red, Hybrid, 360 order ...![]()
This news is very helpful as it helps those who have ordered but not scheduled to make decisions that will improve the odds that their order will get scheduled sooner than later. This is not really news, right? I mean, if we were in a big hurry to get a new vehicle we would have already gone on to some other make or model.
"Splash Guards" and "Hard Drop-in Bedliner" are still listed as "Late Availability".I've been reading posts about folks removing splash guards from their order because of commodity shortage, but I don't see them on this list.
This is how I read it as well. Someone earlier said it’s Ford admitting a “delay” but I don’t think that’s the case. The previous number we’d heard is that they were expecting about 35% of orders to be hybrids so it would seem they’re actually ramping up.I don't know. But an earlier post, dealing with the August 20 constraints, explained it like this:
If that's correct, then it could mean that up to 40% of the Mavericks scheduled for production this time around can be hybrid. That would be really good news (for me, anyway).
If you are in a hurry, dump the spray in and tonneuu cover. Can always be added by your dealer or a third party of your choosing.I have a Hybrid Lariat with soft folding tonneau and spray-in bedliner, so I guess I'm F'ed?
My dealer ordered the spray-in with it being done at the dealership instead of the factory, will that make any difference? If you are in a hurry, dump the spray in and tonneuu cover. Can always be added by your dealer or a third party of your choosing.
Yet when I talked to Ford on the phone today they said there are no constraints for spray in or hard rollup tonneau covers. If you are in a hurry, dump the spray in and tonneuu cover. Can always be added by your dealer or a third party of your choosing.
OK, in that case the constraints are only an issue to the extent that their availability is exceeded by the respective percentages in all open orders. If only 20% of XLTs are Lux, then no problem. That's probably not the case, but still it's also not the case that they can build only 20% of all Lux orders. The number is something higher than that.I don't know. Customer service at Ford told me the same with regards to the spray-in bed liner yesterday over the phone.Yet when I talked to Ford on the phone today they said there are no constraints for spray in or hard rollup tonneau covers.
Just because you don't care about it doesn't mean it's not news. This is not really news, right? I mean, if we were in a big hurry to get a new vehicle we would have already gone on to some other make or model.
I have resigned myself to the fact that it may be 6 months before I see my Mav.
This is a first world problem, I guess. I mean, we have a couple of vehicles and we are both retired so I can wait for this.
If you were truly resigned, you wouldn't be wasting your time on this threadThis is not really news, right? I mean, if we were in a big hurry to get a new vehicle we would have already gone on to some other make or model.

Those items were at 0% and now they are at 3%.Yet when I talked to Ford on the phone today they said there are no constraints for spray in or hard rollup tonneau covers.
