I am having the same issue. Tried the phone issued cord as well as a third-party cord. I tried both the front and rear USB ports. Purchased a new phone about 2 weeks ago and worked fine until today. I have tried it now during two different drives.

Well, my dealer just called and said I am scheduled for 11/22. This call was about 10 days after I removed the Tonneau cover and the spray-in.
My vehicle is a Lariet hybrid, with hitch, 360, and interior 400w inverter. Ordered -6/12, Carbonized gray.
My dealer said the same thing for two months. I convinced him to call the Regional rep and lo and behold the rep can make changes. So I removed the spray-in and tonneau cover. Let's see if that helps.
