I wish we'd start a "comment thread" for the weekly builds and keep the notification thread for JUST notification info....going through pages and pages of posts to find a handful of actual notifications is...uuggghhh. (And yes, I'm contributing to the problem with this comment.)

I run a forum (not vehicle related). When we have similar types of events happening, we create two threads. One for the topic event and one for the comments. Me and our moderators will manually move the comment posts over to the comment topic for those who err or didn't follow the rules. Kept it clean.

It is quite a bit of work to do that. I don't expect MTC to necessarily do this. But it sure is a great way to keep the topic thread concise.

I've been saying it for months. 1 e-mail for 50 comments whining about that 1 e-mail, that it was ordered after them

Surprised by all the Lariat and Lux packages being scheduled, those seem to be the most constrained yet several have gotten scheduled in this thread today.

I ordered Jan. 25 and figure it'll be months before I hear anything. Just goes to show there's no rhyme or reason. I ordered an EB XLT with AWD, FX4 and Lux. Just out of curiosity, what dealer did you order from, and did your sales rep give you any indication as to whether they did anything in particular to prioritize your order?

This mostly true. We also have more bourbon snobs. The allocated stuff is hard for everyone to get. I have a weller 107 store pick on hand if the truck ever shows up.

But they aren't out of those parts completely. They still get them. Just not at the amount it will take for all orders currently in the queue.

Cavender Grande out of San Antonio. What's crazy is they gave me a code 19 and i asked if being at a 10 would help. They said realistically no so i said f*CK it I'll play the patient card and didn't question anything else. The only thing I can think of is that dealer seems to be truck heavy as in fleet/work builds. Maybe no one thought to order from them and they had a allocation i was lucky enough to creep into? Lucky as hell really.

Truthfully, we will probably never know exactly how or why. BUT, kudos to you, and hopefullty the truck stay on schedule and you can enjoy it soon. I am still in shock!

Also, I was thinking about contacting my dealer and asking whether they had me as a priority 19 or moved me to a 10. Or could move me to a 10. But based on your situation, it honestly...does...not...matter. It's literally rolling the dice.

Wasn't expecting anything today BUT I GOT THE EMAIL I HAVE BEEN DREAMING ABOUT BUILD DATE 3/28 order 10/21 was very excited even though I've had many new and expensive cars and trucks than the MAV theres something about this truck that's special, only one problem under packages no listing of xlt lux package check all my paperwork from dealer build sheet has it dealer invoice has it, why it's not on the ford email all the other packages were listed there..... ????? carbonized grey, AWD, xlt lux, 4k tow, copilot 360, fx4 , rear window, full spare.
