This is what I did. Dealer was taking in 2026's and had 25's to move.
Same. Except in my instance, it's 100% of the truck I need 99.99% of the time. I have the tow package and just rent a trailer for $29/day in the 2-3x's a year I need more. I could even rent a truck, and still come out...
It just connected after pairing. I didn't have to do anything to get it to work. The first time, it seemed to take a long time to show the Android Auto screen. It seemed frozen. I just left it alone for about 3-4 minutes. After that, it automatically connects wirelessly every time.

There is a lot of info on this site and other places. I don't know what I'm doing. But I keep...
I used the ALLA bulbs on my '22 Maverick. They worked great. Never even caused a hyperflash for 1.5 years, until I had a recall where they reflashed and the BCM reset, and then started hyperflashing. I had to use Forscan to remove the hyperflash after thar. Loved the bulbs. I had blacked...
On my previous '22 Maverick Lariat, I had a 1.5" front lift and 245's and it did not affect my ACC/Lane Centering. Did not need to adjust anything. I do believe my 245's lowered my gas mileage 1-2 MPG's, though.
I like the Cyber Orange slightly more. In fact, I was considering an Orange Fury Lariat Hybrid AWD. But the nearest one was 100 miles away, and they wanted more than MSRP on it. I was equally good with Ruby Red, Eruption Green or Velocity Blue. So whichever one of those I could get the best...
Local Olympian here. I had two sets of 245/65/17's on my '22 Maverick Lariat EB. Drove over 100k miles on that size. First was MAXXIS RAZR AT's and second was Predator New Mutant X-AT's. Both fit really well. Loved them. No issues on size or fitment. The MAXXIS RAZR's are the best AT tires...
Yeah, I guess even with a $75 Electrification fee, our registration fees are not extremely high compared to some other states. All things are relative.
I'm only 5 weeks into my Hybrid. Came from an EcoBoost. But in the hills I have around my area of Western Washington, I have been shocked to see higher MPG's and more electric miles on hilly routes than flat. Now, in high mountain passes, that climb is killer. But in rolling hills, I use...
Thanks for this. I believe this wording explains my situation why I did not pay the $75 Electrification Fee. It says it is paid on renewals. This was my initial registration, not a renewal. I probably can expect the fee when I renew December 2026.
I just registered my 2025 Ford Maverick Lariat AWD Hybrid. I'm in Thurston County. I don't see an electrification fee or Hybrid fee or the like down here. We are outside the Sound Transit collection area, so I don't know if it's collected outside King, Pierce and Snohomish counties.

Ford could build the VW Amarok in Wayne, Michigan on the Ranger Assembly line and the Chicken Tax could be avoided. Nissan and Toyota build/built trucks in the U.S. to avoid the Chicken Tax. For reasons decided by Ford and/or VW, they didn't pursue that. Probably a good idea, since Ranger...
I have a brand new 2025 Ford Maverick Lariat AWD Hybrid and the driver door started squeaking when opening and closing the door in under 1,000 miles. Driving me nuts. I never had this issue with my '22 Maverick after 4 years and 100k miles.
I stopped by local auto parts store and picked up...
They are not very bright. I would say they put out about half the brightness of stock reverse bulbs. I had very bright LASFIT LED bulbs in my OEM lenses beforehand. So there was a very noticeable difference when I switched. If you wanted these, but back up lighting brightness is important...
I would say that my pic is pretty representative of the darkness and how the unlit LED's look under the tinted lens. The photo above is pretty light in comparison to how dark they actually are. But they are not dark, dark.
