I agree, the best Commanders I had in the Air Force were the ones who communicated to us. Talked to us, not down to us.I ordered my XLT Lux 7:13, and have yet to hear anything. When we ordered it, my wife and I thought since this will be our last new vehicle, that we would be able to get the options we wanted. So after dropping a few things from our wish list, we are still not scheduled. Kind of reminds me of working with the VA. After being with Ford since they did not take handouts from the government (2009) I am disappointed to say the least. In the Marine Corps, we said that it took congress to make a general, but it took communications to make a commanding general. Communications from Ford has been horrendous, and to me shows little value to their customer base.
