Yeah, I think it is the one in the first post of this thread. I have only used it a few times, since my toneau cover works well enough and I have the smaller waterproof duffel for long term use in the bed. I also have a hitch mounted cargo carrier that has a similar waterproof bag that is...
I have gone thru a 2022, a 2023, and now have a 2025 Mav. Have had a toneau cover on all 3, but have also used a bag like those occasionally. What I have used 100% of the time though is a smaller waterproof duffel bag to store my emergency supplies. I have this one strapped against the back...
I was not successful in the end getting this done in ForScan. If you want to try, it is in the "Police" related ForScan coding. There are codes to (in theory) let it idle forever. This is what the cops want for a quick getaway.
These ones in the BCM......

You probably would benefit from one of the intro type ForScan posts. Like this one: https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/forscan-101-step-by-step-how-to-start-guide.7406/
Or use ForScan. I just haven't got the balls to go that far towards potentially bricking my truck. I've done a lot of other things via ForScan, but messing with PATS scares me.
Heads up that I did verify the limit is 4 keys. If you have push button start. I bought a 5th key and the message I got on the screen was something like "Max keys already reached". Or something similar.
I reached the limit of 4. So I can confirm there is a limit of 4. I am a bit nervous to "hose" them all in ForScan, but there are tutorials out there for doing it via PATS.....
Perhaps it is specific to "push to start" vehicles. My truck has a setting in the menu structure that allows you to "override" the "max 30 minutes idle" setting. It only applies for the current drive session, sort of like how drive modes only apply to the current session (you can't have it...
If you are crafty, you can take the electronics out of the plastic fob case and just carry those. It is as simple as popping it open as if you are replacing the battery in the fob. The circuit board just falls right out of the case.
I would suggest somehow still protecting them from being...
SAME! I had been battling the programming since January. Two fobs purchased from separate vendors. Decided to try again today and it worked when I did the process super fast. "Waiting" and "counting" seems to be the problem here. You just have to do it all as fast as you can and it seems to...
THANK YOU! I have been fighting the new keyfobs since February January. Could not get them to program. It was the speed! WAYYYYYY faster works. Doing the "wait at least 5 or 10 seconds" does NOT work.
Now for the oddity. I had two spare fobs purchased separately at separate times. When...
Yep. I have still not found the correct fob for my 2025. I have 3 or 4 failed FOBS that won't work. Every few weeks I google my key code number. Found one result once, and it was some international Ebay listing.
The pins along the back of the screen are the hardest to get loose. There isn't any leverage for the pry bar to get in there since the screen rises above the tray. It was touch and go when I installed my Bulletpoint on my 2025..... I essentially had to loosen the windshield side and the two...
Not really. I ended up with it still putting the "30 minute idle timeout" warning on the screen. And it only respected my "Extend/Ignore" entry half the time. So it was actually worse than if I had not done any edits at all. It would sometimes give me the "30 minute idle timeout" warning, I...
The Maverick has been heavily used by municipal/city/county/town governments and educational institutions since it came out in 2022. My tiny city (I don't live in Seattle like my profile says) had one before I could get mine! And the university I work near had a small fleet of them built up in...
Did it feel like you had a cigarette put out on the back of your hand? That has been my experience with liquid bandages (or super glue/Cyanoacrylate, which sometimes is what they make the liquid bandage out of).
Cheap (like less than $5 for a 2 pack) pencil gauges are actually pretty accurate. I have a handful of these.

Accurate to within 2% in the middle of the reading range. I try to use the 10-50 PSI version when checking my tires, but have grabbed the...
Sorry to derail the thread....but.....
The plus side of naloxone is that it is harmless if you dose someone with it who isn't suffering from opioid overdose. Hell, I could dose myself right now and nothing would happen. The literature also says that it is virtually impossible to overdose...
