I think it is only fair if Ford rolls over 2022 orders that are not fulfilled before new 2023 orders are created....but I will believe it when I see it.

No, you would just have part of the package. Don't do this and think you will have better mileage and still be able to tow at 4K. I never towed super heavy but I regretted not getting the tow package on one of my suburbans even on the days I did not tow.
