I had a build week of Dec 13 which was moved to January 3 a week after I received the first notice of build. Now I see that the week of January 3rd is a clean-up week. I haven't yet received another change of build week and I certainly hope they don't change it, but now I am worried that since Jan. 3rd is a clean-up week maybe my truck doesn't the attention to detail and quality control it deserves.

I will be waiting a while Oct, 16 order confirmation, have not heard anything since. Wishing I would of went w/ another dealer Downtown Ford has been subpar on this process. How was your overall experience? Congrats you should be seeing yours soon!
Fellow Downtown Ford customer here. My order process was fine and I actually got to test drive one (Oct. 29 for Eco AWD msrp), but I haven't heard anything since. I called the Ford Marketing number and confirmed that they did get the order in correctly, so that's good. However their 8-12 weeks estimate for an Eco is way off.

I called the Ford Marketing number and confirmed that they did get the order in correctly, so that's good. However their 8-12 weeks estimate for an Eco is way off.
What is the "Ford Marketing number" that you called? I cannot find a link, but would appreciate confirming that my order was submitted correctly. So far, I do not have a lot of confidence in my dealer, but maybe a phone call to Ford will prove me wrong! Thank you for your help.

That’s how I got my verification also by calling Ford. Was trying To reach my sales person for weeks apparently he quit unknown to me. I test drove the eco boost they had on lot also, I was sold on how roomy the interior was for such a small pickup. Wanted to support the smaller local downtown dealer just hope I did the right thing and all goes smooth. Good luck to you and congrats ! Xlt cactus grey hybrid, lux, 360, moonroof

It should not!
Any idea if i should get an updated order confirmation email as well or will it just be shown when I eventually get a window sticker? My dealer said my order will be updated tomorrow and will send me the updated build sheets.

I had got an email saying that my truck was scheduled for production this week, week of 12/13. I was talking to my dealer and she said she sees its even moved to 1/6/22. I haven't heard anything from Ford directly yet. I'm devastated.

Order Update, (Posted on Spreadsheet), details: Order Placed 10/29/2021, Hybrid XL Supercrew FWD
No email confirmation received from Ford. Dealer said process was not automated and I would hear from dealer. No order confirmation. Am I waiting for nothing? Called Ford Marketing 800-334-4375 this morning: 12/13, 7:30 am CST, on hold 32 min, transferred to Maverick Specialist, on hold another 20 min. Reached Specialist who looked up my name and confirmed that I had an order processing! Hooray, I am in the system! She said that email order confirmations have not been sent for all orders, but I will receive an email when the VIN is assigned. No news was not good news; now I can patiently wait. Ann and Cassie were the Ford reps on the line and both were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Baffled...my First Edition order, 7/13/21...still no news. I tried the Ford marketing line...was on hold for 35 minutes and gave up waiting. So perplexing that orders placed months after me, are getting more information...Minnesota order location
