This why i got my xlt Ecoboost bare bones i knew for fact ford couldn't produce the chips. So far I'm right.

Ford even produced pretty bare bones XLT Hybrid's early on.

Like my Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid with just Co-Pilot360 + Rear Sliding Window + 110V/400W Outlet in Cab. Built 11/29/2021 Delivered 12/13/2021.

When 2022 came the chip issue got much worse.

Hate to tell you but this Friday (Aug 5th) I got scheduled for week of Aug 21st. XLT eco boost w/ lux, copilot 360 and 4K tow.

I picked mine up last Wednesday and talked to a friend that ordered 3rd week of December that has an XLT Lux build, no 360 and his got scheduled for late August.

Dont give up on the luxury xlt. The remote start on the fob is worth it by itself. Hitch and seats are nice too

That's fine for the majority but I'm not a phone person so reaching down and doing it in my pocket is the way for me. I've tried the app and its clunky for me.

I'm not sure of the exact date, but I talked to him on the evening I picked mine up from the dealer which was 8/3. He said he got a build week about a week before, so sometime late in July.

Hindsight is 20/20. Who knew these trucks would be impossible to obtain? It is unfortunate how much I have learned about Ford's lackluster production and delivery process over the past 8 months.

I do realize Ford is not the only one impacted by constraints but I don't believe there is another auto maker with so many high-demsnd models and such an inability to meet that demand. From the Bronco to the Mach E to the Lightning to the Maverick Ford is great at designing exciting vehicles people want. But they are lousy at actually getting those vehicles into people's driveways.

You can make snarky comments if it makes you feel better about yourself but you'll have to forgive those of us who are frustrated by the reality we will be waiting 12-15 months at MINIMUM for a vehicle. If Ford told people that up front it would be a different story but...

I ordered hybrid XLT LUX with 360 in June of last year and am now thankful I did. Still took 9 months. It is worth the wait

No Lux packages for any trim to finish 22.

My fully loaded Lariat Lux finally got scheduled and went into production today. I was shocked.

A friend and I both ordered our Mavericks on the same day. His XLT FX4 with Luxery package and 360 package got scheduled the same week we ordered back in January. My order is XLT AWD only, still not scheduled to this day. My friend got his Maverick XLT AWD with lux and 360 packages back 1st week of May. Anyone know how that happened??

OK, I stand corrected on that. However, it doesn't change the fact that I have seen truck after truck after truck with Lariat Lux and CP360 scheduled, while XLT Lux orders have been passed by.

This is true. I ordered Lariat Hybrid Lux CP360 9/7 and got it 5/10. With everything I ordered on it. Nobody ever suggested I drop anything.

Before complaining, can any of your chosen options be available aftermarket, if so, buy them local. Local businesses support your community. Ford can't provide spray-in box liner, hell they didn't invent the stuff, and what are drilling the box for and puncturing the gas lines/tank for?) Want a full-size spare? They don't provide a full-size tire so look online for someone who has put custom wheels and tires on now selling their steelies AND tire, I've seen them for $200 and it HAS a full-size matching tire. Leather interior? Go Katzkins, hell I've been wanting to order since Jan2022 but realize I will be ordering my2023 as base as possible but with EB, 4wd, tow and I will customize it to be a one of a kind that...FORD SHOULD'VE BUILT.
