    This is true. I ordered Lariat Hybrid Lux CP360 9/7 and got it 5/10. With everything I ordered on it. Nobody ever suggested I drop anything. Love mine. Wish everyone could say that.

    I agree, Diane, I have a clean slate and prefer to keep it that way. If the service wasn't performed, it should absolutely should not show it did. Simple.

    I went ahead and got one for that very reason...first year on the market ND my first hybrid. Just being Oh God I hate those! The still call on vehicles I haven't had in years!
