would you have named them partially reusable low earth orbital spacecraft 1, partially reusable low earth orbital spacecraft 2, partially reusable low earth orbital spacecraft 3, partially reusable low earth orbital spacecraft 4, and partially reusable low earth orbital spacecraft 5?

just having fun. I named the first care I ever had, Le Pile, but have never named another since....

however, I believe Mavericks are near sentient, or at least I'm told the electronics sometimes have a mind of their own....

Our first Maverick is Tina, There Is No Alternative, and also the name of a beloved workhorse who has passed over the rainbow bridge.

The second Maverick is a Hybrid, Sparky, due to her robust and frightening electrical system. I stole this name from another Maverick Truck Club member, whose contribution is gratefully acknowledged.

The third Maverick is Gracey, a Cactus Gray, in honor of Gracey Allen the famous philosopher.

As the son of a sailor, I have come to believe that boats are not inanimate objects but are endowed with the finest of lady-like qualities. I am now of the firm opinion that Mavericks are also not inanimate objects. YMMV

It varies - I generally refer to it as my Trucklet but it is affectionately known to my family as "the Mav", "the Trem", "Tremmy", etc.

Ours is named Mavey, to the point, easy to remember, and it kind of sounds like a nickname you'd give a young child or something. Fitting for the youngest and newest addition to our family.
