What did your maverick replace?

What did you drive before the maverick? I replaced a 2016 f250 supercab long bed gas. Just wondering how diversified the maverick community is. Because the maverick can play alot of roles in the automotive world. I see people get out of Priuses , trucks, suvs, minivans. I bought mine because I needed a daily that could dhaul a boat ,camper small stuff. Superduty was nice when towing the stuff I have didn't even know it was there. But I first a Formost I needed a daily driver for a 60 mile round trip. My Maverick has filled that slot perfectly. What's your story?

Replaced 2011 XLT F250 diesel with 96k miles. Sold our 5th wheel RV, no need for a big truck. Trade it with hitch, 35 gal auxiliary tank, as is. The F250 served us well. Lots of traveling with RV.

Enjoying the Maverick. It’s 1 yo, and 4400 miles now. Parked it in driveway for a year, but recently reorganized garage, installed new garage door opener, truck now stored inside. Safe from bad weather.

I replaced a 16yo Honda Accord that had 109,000 miles on it. I bought a 2022 Mav XLT in Cactus Grey and I now have 30,405 miles on the truck. I have never had any problems except that the stock tires wore out just under the 30,000 mile mark. Over the 2 plus years of driving the truck it gives me 38.9 mpg. So far I am very satisfied.

My 2022 Maverick replaced 2018 F-150. I miss the room in the cab, but I enjoy the gas mileage and park-ability of my Mav.

I drove both my 2007 Mustang & 1997 Ford Ranger 4x4. After seeing how quick and sporty my Maverick XLT AWD was, i sold my Mustang but kept my Ranger for a beater. Still runs great.

It's funny how quick these ecoboosts are. I have 4k so a bit lower gear and the thing goes pretty good.

A 2008 Scion xB. Had a 2021 Hyundai Accent before I got the xB, a 2020 WRX before that, and a 2016 Accent before that.

I should've never sold the xB. It had 2 Hi Q 12" woofers on almost 5,000W RMS. A hoot to drive around in, and manual too.

Here's one. Replaced a 2011 corvette with LS3. I live in the mountains of Arizona and was looking for a vehicle to drive to car shows and cruise once in awhile. Found a 2011 black clean 49k mile LS3 corvette and so I virtually purchased it conditioned my test drive. Well, as it turned out, we got snowed in. So kept looking (cause what else do I do since I'm snowed in) when my little beast popped up. I had interest since they 1st came out so spoke with the salesman at the dealership and next thing you know, I canceled the vette and bought my 2022 1st edition lariat.

Although mine did not replace any vehicles i did get it to drive so I didn’t have to drive my 23 f-150 as much.
You sir have great taste in vehicles. I would love to own an older svt lighting like that.
I don’t have a st but I do have a 16 focus RS.

I wish I could of got the 18 RS, I for sure would never sell one of those.

That color looks no nice , mischievous purple metallic. My nephew has the same car in race red, yours looks so much better.

2012 F250 Lariat 2WD long bed 6.7 Power Sroke. Great truck. Used primary for towing 5th wheel Rv. Sold both. Purchased '22 Maverick Lariat EB and love it.

Thanks man. Ya I love the color too. I wanted something different than everyone else. Race red's no slouch in the color palette.
