What did your maverick replace?

What did you drive before the maverick? I replaced a 2016 f250 supercab long bed gas. Just wondering how diversified the maverick community is. Because the maverick can play alot of roles in the automotive world. I see people get out of Priuses , trucks, suvs, minivans. I bought mine because I needed a daily that could haul a boat ,camper small stuff. Superduty was nice when towing the stuff I have didn't even know it was there. But I first a Formost I needed a daily driver for a 60 mile round trip. My Maverick has filled that slot perfectly. What's your story?

Nice! I replaced a 2008 F-350 King Ranch with my 2022 Maverick. I get "ribbed" a lot from my buddies but as I tell them, "I can take a lot of "ribbing" for $60K"!

I replaced my PriusV, which is still going strong as an Uber eats delivery wagon, long distance driver, that's had NO RECALLS, NO REPAIRS, NO TIRE CHANGES, NO TRIPS TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR DEAD BATTERIES, ORIGINAL BRAKES, ORIGINAL CV JOINTS AND AXLES. I sold it to my buddy with 108,000 miles on it, it's being driven by four people and they can't kill it. The trust level on the Maverick is to the point where I pray every time I get into it please get me across town and back.

Replaced a 98 Ford Ranger with 220K miles. Hope the Maverick is as long lived!

2010 Ranger XLT ( Reg cab/). This was a truck that my late father in law won in a raffle. About the 2018 timeframe gave to my and myself . ( He had dementia and was cognizant enough to realize that he couldn’t drive anymore). This replaced my 1999 Ranger as my utility vehicle.
Great little truck but the seats were killing me on longer drives

I drove both my 2007 Mustang & 1997 Ford Ranger 4x4. After seeing how quick and sporty my Maverick XLT AWD was, i sold my Mustang but kept my Ranger for a beater. Still runs great.

I had a 2009 GMC seirra 1500, when order was placed. Had to buy a chev sonic for basic transportation until maverick delivery. An ecoboost maverick get better mileage than a NA chev sonic.

No regrets. Dont own a trailer so im not missing out on anything that the GMC could do, that the maverick cant. (Payload probably similar).

2016 Escape SEL FWD at 100k miles w the 1.6 Ecoboost.

obviously you care for your vehicles. Since you asked, I traded a 2 yr old Audi S4. The truck now better fits my grandpa life. Love my 22 Mav XLT FX4!
