It’s all about tires.

I’ve used studded tires on my Fwd maverick for two winters up here in Maine. It is like a mule. Will go thru any snow or ice. You will have to put up with a bit more road noise.

It’s a truck capable of optioning to your hearts content. I’m perpetually cheap and went for the least expensive. 2022 stripped xl out the door for $18950. a neighbor just took delivery of a 2024 loaded XLT for almost double what I paid. We both got what we wanted!
