Nope. I'm holding off until there are no more complaints of issues. "Don't fix, what ain't broke"!
Howdy neighbor! Had another guy from "O-Town" join up yesterday. I'm over in Fruitland. Getting to see quite a few in our neck of the woods these days. We all should get together for an afternoon of Mavericks, and adult beverages. (with designated drivers home of course).

I have 4 recalls. The truck is running fine. I’m afraid it won’t be as dependable after doing these recalls. I’ve had ZERO issues with my hybrid since I’ve owned it. What’s everyone’s opinion on the recalls?

I just had 23S27, 24S27, 24C01, 23C41, and 23E09 done to my '23 XLT hybrid. No issues so far on running, MPG or battery. It appeared that my TPMS was reset so I re-paired the wheel transmitters to fix it but other people here on the forums have said I just had to wait. User settings were reset to factory defaults, and the miles-to-empty was also reset to use 25 MPG until it relearned the actuals. So.... my recall experience has been good.

Yes Sir! A bunch of members discussed meeting at the Oviedo Ford Garage restaurant or the Cars and Coffee on the Florida subgroup. I'm down!

Had all 4 done on 23 xl Hybrid. It took about 3 hours. Lane Assist works much smoother. Throttle is much more responsive and feels like it has much more power. It is hard to tell about mpg since it is above 100 degrees.

Hey Ron, I owe you an apology! It seems I had one of those Rah-Ro (Scooby-Doo) moments. I had glanced at your location (O-Town) on your profile. When I pointed my mouse at that, Google Maps popped up your location as "Ontario, Oregon" Well, I live in Fruitland, Idaho and it would seem we are neighbors, just about 2,700 miles (39 hour drive) miles apart! Hahaha. Sorry, but that is a tad bit for me to drive for a meet-up. You ever get up here, get in touch! Have a great evening!

LOL!

No problem. There is a Fruitland FL too.

OP: Sorry for highjacking the thread.

I had 3 done on my 23 Hybrid, when I had my oil changed at 10k. I've had no issues since and have taken a 600 mile round trip, while towing my camper/trailer..

I’ve had all the recalls done on my 2022 and have never had an issue.
I still have two recalls hanging out there. Have a trip to NY scheduled so the recalls may have to wait until I return. Ain't nobody got time for this.

I had recalls 24S27 Body Control Module BCM Software Update, 24C01 Instrument Panel Cluster IPC Illumination and 23C41 Turn Signal Outage Detection Failure done by Five Star Ford of Dallas Ford Mobile Service.

Took about 1 1/2 hours but since it was the mobile service it did not impact any of my time.

No problems at all from having them done.

I have several recall notices and have not done any of them. Truck runs fine and I have no issues.
I'm not saying that I will never have them done, if I experienced one of the problems that a recall addressed. . . I'd get it in for the fix.
I am an old operating system engineer and I let others find the bugs in the new releases.

I'm with you OP. I have five recalls showing on my FordPass app and I'm hesitant to get them done, esp since my 22 XLT is running fine. And esp since my wife is the one driving the truck now. Too many horror stories here from members after getting their recalls done.
It seems, though, that Ford has figured out what the cause was and dealers are now doing it right. Or at least most dealers. A lot of members reporting not having issues after getting their recalls done.
Sooner or later, I will need to get them done.
