Any way to trigger a recall or TSB?

I am experiencing the same dash rattle that many (appears to be a huge percentage) are having. With something like this or other extremely common issues floating around, is there a way we can all complain to the same person/department to trigger some sort of response from Ford?

I realize it would be incredibly difficult and maybe impossible... but is there a process to getting a widespread issue officially under review or something?

Ask the NHTSA to launch an investigation. But unless it is a safety thing, don't hold your breath.

My dash was replaced after taking it in for the rattles

Wow!! There must be some serious rattling going on that I'm not affected by. I'm OK with a little noise from an economy car but can't imagine having my dash replaced for any noise I've heard so far. I think my truck must have been put together on a Wednesday or Thursday because it's been essentially perfect so far.
