I’ve grown to like the dial shifter. I imagine it’s much cheaper than a mechanical gear shifter T handle. That’s probably the main reason it was chosen. I’ll admit that I didn’t care for it at first but it grew on me pretty quick.
I have 4 recalls. The truck is running fine. I’m afraid it won’t be as dependable after doing these recalls. I’ve had ZERO issues with my hybrid since I’ve owned it. What’s everyone’s opinion on the recalls?
I’ve experienced this with other vehicles. I would recommend them. They make plastic and aluminum. I’d get aluminum. Also you can get them off of eBay for less than $10. You can run your vehicle without them but I wouldn’t especially if you hit a pothole or two. With conical lugs they...
These posts....crack me up. I drove 11 miles in 2 hours and got 55 miles per gallon. Nevermind that it took you 3 hours to go 11 miles at 5.5 mph average. I couldn't do it. I'd move or take a different route!
Stumbled across this one...I don't know anything about it...but it seems to be a good price. I don't know the title status. But it does show 2 previous owners.
22 Lariat with 55k miles for $27k is not a bad price. Bed looks a little scratched. Not rusted though.
Looks to be located at...
Also adds Amazon Alexa and wireless CarPlay and Auto. Pretty cool. Looks like it will go beyond the HVAC controls and offer gauges tire pressure and more on the pioneer screen through the Axxess integration.
My first Muslogy add would be to choose either the mudflaps for the exterior or the trim kit for the interior! It would be a hard decide though. If I won, I'd probably buy the other! :)
Initially, I hated the rotary dial shifter. But after 17k on my Maverick, I have really grown to love it. Simple. Easy to use. It’s a matter of “muscle memory” (and willingness to not be “set in your ways”.)
I do use my truck as a truck. I don’t plan on reselling it anytime soon. Eventually might do my own bed liner. But with the trifold OEDRO topper nothing is rusting in the bed. Will probably do that if I see any signs of rust.
