Good paddling buddies TC, JR and I made an 8.5mi whitewater run on the lower Wolf River near Byrdstown, TN today 2/27/2022. The truck carried two 10 ft whitewater kayaks and a 14ft whitewater canoe and all the gear no problem. Even had room for one more.

To all my fellow paddlers I say: Paddles Up and Scratchy Side Down!

Now that's what I'm talking about. I expect mine to be doing the exact same thing. A low rack, easy to load for a man that's tired of standing on a step stool to load his vehicle.

You got it! It is easy for one man to load from the back. I added Malone Kayak tie downs (hidden in this pic). I would highly recommend those as well.

I am looking at the Thule bed towers but want the same set up for my Yakima SkyBox. Have all the space in the bed and underneath the SkyBox and still have more than 16cubic feet of dry storage up top.

Thanks. I have really enjoyed the utility and look of the combination. I originally went with these because I could layout the big bucks for the Thule or Yakima products. So I took a chance and think I made a good find.

Looks very nice. How does it work with the tonneau. Can it be opened with the racks on? Are the racks made to be taken off easily? Any drilling required? I live on a lake was able to put the kayaks in the bed of my Dakota. Now I will need something like this.

Works fine with tonneau. No interference at all. The racks can be removed by loosening four bolts and two track ends which remove with an Allen wrench.
