Ours will be a week tomorrow, still no response
Is yours a Hybrid?
Good luck
Dealership took it to the shop at 8am Monday, called and said it was done at 5pm Tuesday.
Picked it up this morning at 7am, and all is good!
And yes a Lariat Hybrid

Whew!

I'm gonna pull a guess out of the sky and say it's a blown fuse in the lower internal main fuse box in the engine compartment (the one the ford boss me guy) showed in his video on the thread about the cable harness

Hmmm.... other than removing the trim, headliner, & replacing airbags, there isn't much to this recall.

The first step is to "Depower the Supplemental Restraint System". And then repower when done.
If there was an SRS fault before the repair, then a fuse needs to be removed & battery disconnected. If not, then there isn't much to this step.

Unless something were accidently disconnected. Or the 12V battery is just depleted?
Headliner seems like a lot of work. Overhead console would have to come out, visors, grab handles, all pillar trim, etc. lots of opportunity to scratch the ”easy to scratch“ plastics (at bottom of all pillar trim).

The Ford rep told the dealer to do a few things. I’m hoping that check was one of them ? The rep will be at the dealership tomorrow, see what happens !?!?
Update, please? We're all dying to hear how this turned out!

Still dead in the stall. Ford Rep doesn’t think the loss of power has anything to do with the airbag replacement. All that circuit looks good. Gave the tech more things to check, all these checked out good.
He call to have the Ford Rep come back today(Tuesday). Haven’t heard anything.
Still dead in the stall

I'm going to remove the panels myself before taking mine in.
Good measure to prevent squeaks, rattles, scratches and so forth.

My first new car, back in the 80' warranty work at less than 10,000 miles. The floor console had some real torx screws and some matching fake ones molded into the shifter cover plate. All of the fake ones were reamed out by a careless dealership mechanic.

Don't forget about all the dirty fingerprints on the headliner. Spent almost an hour yesterday getting them out.

Due to one of the circuits that power the heated wiper park not working in my rig, they replaced the entire fuse box- All good now.

Still haven't got the Airbag recall parts at my dealer yet- I know they have at least completed one Maverick so far.
