I've been dreading this type of 23S27 post, 2022 Lariat Hybrid with just under 10,000 miles here.
I recently stopped into one of the local Ford dealers in north Scottsdale and talked to them about the recalls. Had them run my VIN in their system.
The emissions recall didn't apply although Ford...
Service of re-programming was completed in about 35 minutes today by the technician "Don" who was fantastic in communicating the purpose and performing the process.

This is in regards to Maverick Recall number 23E09 (Reprogram powertrain control module).
I bought my 2022 Maverick Lariat Hybrid from Peoria Ford, bought my soft topper from Bell Ford, and had one of the recalls performed at AutoNation Ford. All located in the north side of Phoenix. So I've had...
Well as strange as this sounds: I went out to the truck again, and this time on the dash display screen I was in fact able to open vehicle settings. There it was, the off switch.
I can't explain why i wasn't able to get to this setting earlier, but it's done and I'm happy again.
And for...
I tried the seatbelts buckled thing, but it had no effect. I'll have to dig into the menus on the steering wheel. I swear I didn't see it in the vehicle settings though, and on the touch screen settings the vehicle is dimmed out.
More on this later ....
Same here! If I use the steering wheel menu / vehicle / there is no on or off option to choose from.
If I use my touchscreen, vehicle is dulled out and not even accessible.
I'll do more experimenting because this alert is in fact super annoying if you have no real world use for it.
I was getting the deep sleep warnings for my '22 Mac, but since I had the battery cable recall performed, I've received no more warnings.
7000 miles btw
Took mine to AutoNation Ford dealership in Scottsdale AZ for this repair.
Dropped it off at 7am, got shuttled home, then shuttle picked me up at 2pm and I received my Maverick back and all is well.
Haven't had a Deep Sleep warning since either.
Beautiful addition to the Maverick!
Ball park cost and a company website address?
I need to see if they ship - well, I suppose I "could" drive and get it hehe,
Anyways, VERY sharp!
And another recall / this is for the possible 12V battery connection / no start condition issue.
I brought my Maverick Hybrid Lariat to the local dealer, and It's scheduled to be serviced in 2 weeks.
For the record, mine is a 2022 model that I took possession of in February of '22.
One thing I do is I always run in Eco mode. Not sure how much of a difference it really makes because I never run in any of the other modes. It's just a habit at this point.
I will preface this by saying I'm retired, live in a major metro area, and don't need to do a lot of driving.
I've used the Fuelly App to track fuel consumption and mileage from my 1st fuel up at 250 miles, to my current 6010 miles.
I'm averaging only about 375 miles a month, but they are VERY...
15 months and 6000 mile on my Maverick, and I have to say I still grin every time I unlock the door and climb into the driver seat.
45.5 MPG and with gas prices as they are, I smile again as I look at the dash board and see 665 miles to empty after a fill up.
You've done a fine job with this one...
Did my 1st oil change on my Hybrid at about 4700 miles (1 yr mark).
I went with synthetic, and my intentions are to change and use synthetic, every 8000 miles regardless of what the monitor says.
That's my story and I'm sticking' to it hehe
