Receiver Hitch Rattle?

Well, the other (5) Trucks and SUVs that I have at my house right now have almost no movement or rattle, nor have the other ~2 dozen I've owned.

My Maverick probably has 1/2" of travel in all directions at the ball which was the subject of my post. .

At this point I'll stop feeding the Troll.....

If you live in Canada near a Princess Auto, they currently have those anti-rattle brackets for 20$ + tx, just thought I’d tell you if you are shopping around for one.

If you have 1/2” movement in any direction you have bigger problems than a anti rattle device will fix.
That kind of excessive clearance would be a warranty/safety concern.
I’d be shocked if you shared the dealerships response to your unique problem.

Thanks, I'm ~750 miles from Quebec but I did order a bracket to minimize the rattle.
