You don't have to agree...... LOL
My experience is that the last ~10 Motorcraft batteries I've owned appear to suffer from an infant mortality issue and ...If... they last past ~1 year they are good for many years.
I've replaced (2) Maverick hybrid T4 batteries in the last year, 1 on my...
I replaced my '22 battery after 5 months due to it's inability to hold a charge (I was charging every 4-5 days) resulting in continued Deep Sleep issues. I just replaced the battery in my '23 a few days ago after ~8 months of ownership as it was beginning to exhibit the same issues. IMO the...
The battery shown in post 46 is the standard flooded Maverick Hybrid battery. The Motorcraft number appears nowhere on the battery.
It’s identical to the battery sitting on my garage shelf I pulled from my ‘23 Hybrid 4 days ago when I replaced it with a new Diehard Gold T4 battery, and the...
It’s not poorly worded...
So your XLT Came stock with the Ford accessory lock (the topic of this thread) that prevents the tailgate from being removed as opposed to a “locking tailgate” on the XLT and Lariat models?
.
OP, you can likely easily fix it yourself in 5 minutes... the cord probably came unclipped and is hanging behind the liner.
The plastic inner wheel well liner is retained by several plastic push pins around the outer lip closest to the outside of the truck. Pop out the pin at the 12...
On the Console Vault (Ford OEM) version, the bottom is lowered into the console, its sides are folded out, and the top is placed over it and bolted together in place from inside. Once bolted together inside the console, it's much larger than the console's opening so it can't be lifted out...

You are correct, there is no capital loss on private vehicle sales, there is capital gain on any profit...
The IRS is not tracking all used vehicle sales, LOL, they are tracking larger sums of $$ deposited...

You know, the form you sign at the bottom before sending to the IRS each year that states:
"Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have examined this return and accompanying schedules and statements, and to the best of my...
No battery, it’s salt from the open floor beneath.
Look up under the truck on that side behind the rear drivers side tire.
I would pull the panel and light out, insure everything is clean, and reinstall with the thinest bead of silicone (in order to allow removal in the future) to insure a...
I’m in Maryland and have purchased many NEW vehicles out of state and an inspection is not required. Previously owned does require in inspection.
This past summer my new ‘23 Maverick came from PA as did my new TRX the year before. No inspection required. Last year my first Maverick (a ‘22)...
I have a XLT Hybrid. My box fits behind the passenger side seat back. Does a Lariat have an amp mounted on the vertical bulkhead there under the rear window on that side? My XLT does not, however there's a thin (unused) mounting bracket that I bent in a little to fit the tool box..

^^ OP here, I tend to run 38 psi in mine and that seems to be the sweet spot for me... I think mine are at ~12k miles and virtually zero wear. They are like night and day compared to the stock Continentals. I would absolutely purchase them again...
