Either I'm getting so used to I don't notice, or it quit doing it as the Florida weather got warm. I'm good either way. I just hope it doesn't come back in the winter.

Mine is this loud and loud potentially all the time just hit 9k and nothing changes it!! Working on my laundry list visit and arranging loaner. Having issues with cross traffic not working, AEB avoidance not available error, 12v service light, defective tailgate emblem, radio update won’t download, horrible vibration/metallic sound during acceleration shift points first several shift…heard in dash at speedometer.mine starting to sound exactly like yours at 2k miles
Folks, all I can say is keep hounding your dealers. That's what I'm doing. Ford needs to acknowledge the issue and provide a fix. As of yesterday, the dealer essentially told me they're on their own to figure it out.

Mine doesn’t do it if the ambient temp is close to 70 and it’s been sitting in the sun.
Mine has done the same thing at least once. Like you said a "pop" turning into a parking lot. Nothing in the bed.

Find a stethoscope and a friend- Pull the glove box, get down and dirty while doing 40 down a bumpy road - These types of things are super annoying- Good luck

Just to add. Just got my truck yesterday and I am hearing similar issue I think.
After 8-9 trips to the dealer since April, my issue is still not fixed. I reached out to Ford on here, which replied quickly, and then received a call from Ford on Monday. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to pick it up and they left no message nor did they email me. Frustrating. The after purchase support from Ford has been abysmal (the fine folks on this forum notwithstanding).
