Agree but unless you are a thumb sucker you should be able to rtfm the service manual or find the correct information elsewhere to do it yourself.The transmission one is a great example because most manufacturers have deleted the dipstick to even check it, and don't call for a specific service interval because it's "sealed for life". By life that means it will likely get to the end of the warranty period without a catastrophic failure, but usually not a lot past 100K-150K.
Puts vehicle owners in a predicament with things like those awful Jatco CVTs Nissan used for years that would 100% fail before or shortly after the warranty if you didn't change the fluid to buy some more life, but if you did, you may have voided the warranty doing a service not called for.

In my case I do none of the above and let the dealer check it every 30k and put it on the multipoint report.
Ford does call for a transmission fluid flush service schedule. There are 3 schedules depending your driving habits it is either at every 30k, 60k or 120k.
